Thinking about getting laser hair removal on my back hair. Whenever I shave with a razor now, it's like my t-shirts get stuck to my skin. I guess it makes my skin kind of like sand paper and the shirt can't sit right. I wouldn't want t shirts to permanently be like that because it's annoying. Will laser hair removal do that too or will it make my skin smooth?

laser hair removal removes the hair completely from the follicle.. so there should be no stubs.. some people have hair that grow back but it most cases it's very smooth
